PROF ARTHUR JAMES SWART

Prof Arthur James Swart has been a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) USA since 2019. He has worked for Telkom SA and De Beers Namaqualand Mines for 4 years. He joined the Vaal University of Technology in 1995 and progressed from a technician to a senior lecturer in 2007. He completed his MEd in 2007 and his DTech in 2011. He was a General Chair of the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th International Conferences on Green Computing and Engineering Technology in Russia, Peru, Mauritius, and South Africa in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. He has delivered keynote speeches in the USA, India, UAE, Mauritius, Indonesia, Russia, Morocco, and so on. He has served as a PhD Examiner in various universities across the globe. He is writing and editing many books with top academic publishers like CRC Press, Taylor and Francis. He has always loved teaching, but his passion for research took time to develop! Research definitely allows one to engage in life-long learning which will always remain his primary goal which he currently pursues at The Central University of Technology, South Africa.

Dr Nurkhat Zhakiyev

Nurkhat Zhakiyev holds a PhD in Physics from Eurasian National University, Kazakhstan (2015). From 2015 to 2020, he served as a Senior Researcher at Nazarbayev University. Since 2020, he has been a Senior Researcher, Associate Professor, and Head of the Department of Science and Innovation at Astana IT University, Kazakhstan. He is the Principal Investigator (PI) of several research projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan and the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAENG), UK. His research interests focus on advanced computer modeling of energy systems, Smart Grid technologies, Prosumers, Distributed Energy Resources (DER), and the integration of renewable energy sources. He completed a project modeling the energy sector of Kazakhstan using the TIMES partial economic equilibrium energy systems modeling tool and the ELMOD-KZ power system modeling tool. Additionally, he participated in the post-2020 Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) updating project, linking the Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model of Kazakhstan with the TIMES-Kazakhstan (bottom-up) energy system model as part of the PMR/World Bank Project. He has also contributed to the preparation of the Mitigation and Projections chapters of Kazakhstan’s National Communications and Biennial Reports on Climate Change (UNFCCC). Nurkhat has been awarded visiting research scholarships from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), the International Science and Technology Center (ISTC), and the British Council. He is a member of the IEEE/CIS/RAS/PES societies and the National Scientific Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan. PROF. DR. B S CHOWDHRY is Distinguished National Professor and the Dean Faculty of Electrical Electronics and Computer Engineering at Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro, Pakistan. He did his PhD from renowned School of Electronics and Computer Science, University of Southampton, UK in 1990. He is having teaching, research and administration experience of more than 35 years. He has the honour of being one of the editor of several books "Wireless Networks, Information Processing and Systems"�, CCIS20, "Emerging Trends and Applications in Information Communication Technologies", CCIS 281, "Wireless Sensor Networks for Developing Countries"�, CCIS 366, "Communication Technologies, Information Security and Sustainable Development", CCIS 414, published by Springer Verlag, Germany. He has also been serving as a Guest Editor for special issue "Wireless Personal Communications"� Springer International Journal. He has produced more than 13 PhDs and supervised more than 50 MPhil/Masters Thesis in the area of ICT. His list of research publication crosses to over 60 in national and international journals, IEEE and ACM proceedings. Also, he has Chaired Technical Sessions in USA, UK, China, UAE, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Pakistan, Denmark, Spain and Belgium. He is member of various professional bodies including: immediate past Chairman IEEE Karachi Section, Region10 Asia/Pacific, Fellow IEP, Fellow IEEEP, Senior Member, IEEE Inc. (USA), SM ACM Inc. Prof. Dr. Bishwajeet Kumar Pandey

Dr. Bishwajeet Pandey holds an MTech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Gwalior, India, and a PhD in Computer Science from Gran Sasso Science Institute, Italy. He has taught at esteemed institutions such as Chitkara University Chandigarh, Birla Institute of Applied Science Bhimtal, Jain University Bangalore, Astana IT University Kazakhstan, Eurasian National University Kazakhstan (QS World Rank 321), and UCSI University Malaysia (QS World Rank 265). Dr. Pandey is a prolific researcher, with 11 published books, 196 research papers indexed in Scopus, and 44 papers in SCIE. He has garnered over 3,500 citations and holds an H-index of 28. His leadership roles include serving as the Research Head of the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Jain University Bangalore from 2021 to 2023, and as the head of the International Global Academic Partnership Committee at Birla Institute of Applied Science Bhimtal from 2020 to 2021. In 2023, Dr. Pandey was honored with the prestigious Professor of the Year Award at Lords Cricket Ground by the London Organisation of Skills Development. Beyond his outstanding research output, his greatest strength lies in his global academic network. He has visited 49 countries, participated in 105 international conferences, and co-authored papers with 218 professors from 93 universities across 42 nations.

CIRO RODRIGUEZ is a professor of the Software Engineering school at National University Mayor de San Marcos, UNMSM. He was the computer science faculty at Graduate School EUPG of National University Federico Villarreal (UNFV).
